If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have a 15-day Standard Return/Refund Policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and rectify it.
If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. The damaged package will be returned to us, and we will send you a new one. Please notify us if you refuse delivery so we can expect the return shipment.
Returns are not accepted if the product is torn, heavily used, stained, missing tags, or without original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
To ensure you receive the item you want, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
